Can the pool be seen from outside?
No. Each bungalow’s pool and garden are walled in and fully private; they cannot be seen from the road or from the neighbouring bungalows. We built them this way for families.
Is the pool really just for our bungalow?
Yes. Every bungalow has its own pool that is never shared with other guests. The pool, garden and parking are all inside the walls around the bungalow, out of sight.
Are the pools heated? Can we swim in winter?
All the pools are heated and can be used in every month of the year.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in the price. Every bungalow has a full kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and kitchenware. Tea, Turkish coffee, sugar, salt and oil are on us.
Do children pay?
The first two children under 8 stay free. Prices are per bungalow: the same for up to 4 guests, with a small nightly supplement for a 5th and 6th guest in the 6-person bungalows.
How many people can stay in a bungalow?
Güneş, Irmak, Nehir and Doğa sleep 6; Bulut and Yıldız sleep 4. All are 100 m².
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before arrival.
Is accommodation tax included?
Yes, the prices on this website include accommodation tax.
How is a booking confirmed?
On the booking page you choose your dates, the number of guests and a bungalow, then send your request by WhatsApp or email. We check availability, get back to you and confirm the booking together.
Is there parking?
Every bungalow has its own free parking space inside the walls.
How far is it to the sea and to Fatsa town centre?
1 km to the sea and 2 km to Fatsa town centre.
Do you offer an airport transfer?
We can arrange a transfer from Ordu-Giresun Airport. Just add your flight time when you book.
Is there a bungalow suitable for guests with disabilities?
One of our bungalows is wheelchair accessible: a level entrance with a ramp and an accessible toilet. Let us know when you book and we will reserve it for you.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Every bungalow has free Wi-Fi.
Can I bring my pet?
